The course will help students become confident readers by developing the necessary skills, improving reading strategies, building vocabulary and note-taking skills. There will be class discussions using the vocabulary learned in class.

This is a certificate program. 

 Summer sessions are the introduction to the course. It is recommended that you register for the fall class as well, to complete the main body of this course, plus 60 hours of practice.
